FanFlix BD Terms & Conditions

By accessing and using the services provided by FanFlix BD, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using our services. These terms may be updated or modified at our discretion, and it is your responsibility to stay informed of any changes.

1. License and Subscription Sales
All licenses and subscriptions sold by FanFlix BD are purchased from authorized organizations and resold to customers. Products are subject to the availability and terms of the original platforms from which they are sourced.

2. License and Subscription Warranty Policy

  • Warranty Period: All licenses and subscriptions are provided with a specific warranty period. If issues arise during this period, FanFlix BD will assess the situation and, where necessary, replace the license or subscription.

  • Exclusions: If the issue is caused by compatibility issues, technical malfunctions, or other device-specific problems on the customer’s end, the warranty will not apply.

3. Other Service Warranty Policy

  • Warranty Period: Each service offered by FanFlix BD is accompanied by its own warranty period. If issues occur within the specified period, we will provide the necessary support to resolve the matter.

  • Exclusions: The warranty excludes issues arising from customer’s devices or instances occurring outside the defined warranty period.

4. Product Delivery Method
As all products are digital, FanFlix BD delivers them via WhatsApp or Messenger. Upon successful payment, the product details, along with activation instructions, will be sent to the selected messaging platform.

5. Method of Providing Warranty Support
Should you encounter an issue within the warranty period, we will provide remote support via TeamViewer or Anydesk. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that these applications are installed on their device before requesting support.

6. Payment Policy

  • bKash Payments: No additional charges will apply to payments made via the bKash online payment system.

  • Manual Payments:

    • Bank Transfers: Payments made through bank transfers will not incur any charges.

    • Mobile Banking: Payments made via mobile banking services such as bKash, Cash, Rocket, Way, and Cellfin will be subject to charges imposed by the service provider. These charges will be added to the total amount due.

STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENT POLICY
Once a payment has been successfully processed, NO REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstances, except where FanFlix BD cancels an order due to unavailability of products or services. This policy applies to accidental payments, mistaken amounts, or unauthorized payment processes.

7. Right to Modify Terms
FanFlix BD reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the terms periodically. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on this page.

8. Account Termination for Non-Compliance
FanFlix BD reserves the right to terminate any account if the customer fails to comply with any of the conditions outlined in these Terms & Conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, failure to follow instructions, attempt to bypass restrictions, or any behavior deemed in violation of the terms.

9. Resolution of Service Issues

  • In case of issues with your account or services, FanFlix BD guarantees to resolve the problem within 72 hours from the time the issue is reported.

  • Additional Time: In cases where the issue requires more time for resolution, we will provide an extension of a few extra days.

  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to follow all instructions provided by FanFlix BD during the resolution process. Failure to comply may result in account termination without any further notice.

  • Obligation to Wait: Customers must allow a reasonable period for the resolution of service issues. If a customer is unwilling to wait for the issue to be resolved within the designated period (including any extensions), FanFlix BD reserves the right to terminate the service or take appropriate action.

10. Legal Consequences of Non-Compliance

  • Failure to Comply: If a customer violates any of the Terms & Conditions, FanFlix BD reserves the right to take legal action to enforce these terms and protect our rights, including seeking compensation for any damages caused.

  • Damage to Reputation: Any customer who publicly disparages FanFlix BD, makes false claims about our services, or damages our reputation through social media or other channels without first contacting us or allowing us a reasonable time to resolve the issue will be subject to legal action. This includes, but is not limited to, defamation, slander, or any behavior that undermines the integrity of FanFlix BD.

  • Legal Recourse: In the event of such actions, FanFlix BD reserves the right to pursue legal remedies against the customer for damages, including but not limited to seeking compensation for reputational harm, financial loss, and legal fees.

11. General Provisions

  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FanFlix BD from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services, including any actions that violate these Terms & Conditions.

  • Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FanFlix BD operates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in the appropriate legal forum.
