🔹 Product Purchase
All our products are purchased directly from authorized companies and verified vendors, then resold by FanFlix BD.
🔹 Product Delivery
Delivery is completed via WhatsApp within 30 minutes to 4 hours of placing the order, during our official working hours. If an order is placed outside working hours, it will be delivered during the next working period.
🔹 Product Return & Refund Policy
All our products are digital, therefore returns are not accepted. However, under special consideration, an exchange with another product may be allowed.
- In case of order cancellation, the paid amount is non-refundable.
- However, if it falls under special conditions, the amount can be adjusted with another product.
🔹 After-Sales Service
1. Digital Warranty Policy
1.1 Each digital product comes with a specific warranty period clearly mentioned.
1.2 If the product faces any issue during the warranty period, it will be verified by our support team.
1.3 If the problem is confirmed within warranty coverage, we will replace the product.
1.4 Warranty will not apply if activation fails due to the customer's device issue.
1.5 We do not provide technical support over phone calls. All support is provided via WhatsApp chat during working hours only.
1.6 For subscription renewals, the renewal package fee must be paid.
2. Other Service Warranty Policy
2.1 Each service has its own defined warranty period.
2.2 If any issue arises within the warranty period, it will be resolved. However, in certain cases, delay may occur.
2.3 Warranty does not apply after the warranty period expires, or if the issue is caused by the customer's device.
2.4 All customers are treated equally. No one receives any special privileges.
2.5 Any offensive or abusive language toward our representatives is strictly prohibited. Legal action may be taken under the Digital Security Act, 2018.
2.6 For long-term subscriptions, billing for extra usage may be requested with customer consent.
🔹 Product Delivery Method
3.1 Since our services are digital, all deliveries are made via WhatsApp.
3.2 Customers must provide the correct WhatsApp number when placing an order.
3.3 If a wrong number is provided, the customer must contact us for correction.
🔹 Payment Policy
5.1 No additional fees for bank transfer payments.
5.2 For other payment gateways, charges of 1% to 3% may apply.
5.3 For Visa, MasterCard, mobile banking, or internet banking, gateway fees apply (1%–3%).
🔹 Shared Subscription Policy
6.1 If any abnormal activity is detected, we may terminate the subscription and issue a partial refund.
6.2 If a user shares or resells their subscription, all warranty coverage will be void.
6.3 Only the offered service will be provided. No extra benefits can be claimed.
6.4 Requests outside the official service terms will not be accepted.
🔹 Renewal Reminder Policy
For Netflix or other subscription services, renewal reminders are not mandatory. However, as a courtesy, we may send manual renewal reminders to customers.
Since this is not an automated system, customers are requested not to complain if a reminder is missed. Renewal reminders are optional and provided as a customer-friendly feature.
🔹 Important Notice
We operate as a third-party digital service provider, listing services from various companies on our website. The original service providers reserve the right to modify their content, policies, or pricing at any time.
FanFlix BD will not be responsible for such external changes. Customers are advised to read the official terms of the original service provider before purchasing.
No claim or comment will be accepted outside these terms.
