• FanFlix BD যদি কোনো কারণে অর্ডারকৃত প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি করতে ব্যর্থ হয়, তবে গ্রাহক সম্পূর্ণ রিফান্ড পাবেন
• রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে ১ থেকে সর্বোচ্চ ২৪ ঘণ্টা সময় প্রযোজ্য হবে (bKash Online Payment-এর ক্ষেত্রে)
• পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে রিফান্ড হলে তাদের নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী ৩–৭ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে
• রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যাংক বা গেটওয়ে চার্জ ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে

• সফলভাবে প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর (লাইসেন্স কী বা অ্যাক্সেস তথ্য পাঠানো হলে)
• গ্রাহকের নিজের ভুলে ভুল প্রোডাক্ট অর্ডার করা হলে
• প্রোডাক্টের সিস্টেম রিকোয়ারমেন্ট বা ভার্সন গ্রাহকের ডিভাইসের সাথে সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ না হলে
• শুধুমাত্র "মত পরিবর্তন" বা ব্যক্তিগত কারণে (যেমন: প্রয়োজন নেই, পছন্দ হচ্ছে না) রিফান্ড গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়

• প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারির আগে রিফান্ড পাওয়া যাবে
• প্রোডাক্ট অকার্যকর হলে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য
• প্রোডাক্ট কী এরর দেখালে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য
• সাবস্ক্রিপশন আগেই মেয়াদ শেষ হলে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য
• রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যাংক/গেটওয়ে চার্জ ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে
• ডিজিটাল কী ডেলিভারি হয়ে গেলে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়
• সফলভাবে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হলে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়
• আংশিক ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে আংশিক রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে — শুধু বাকি ব্যালান্স অংশটি ফেরত দেওয়া হবে
