আমরা জানি ডিজিটাল সাবস্ক্রিপশন ও সফটওয়্যার কেনার সময় আপনার বিশ্বাসই সবচেয়ে মূল্যবান।তাই যেকোনো সমস্যার ক্ষেত্রে ন্যায্য সমাধান নিশ্চিত করতে আমরা নিচের রিফান্ড ও অর্ডার বাতিল নীতিমালা অনুসরণ করি।
📋 নীতিমালা
▪ সফলভাবে অর্ডার সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর এবং প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি হবার পর কোন রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়
▪ অর্ডারকৃত প্রোডাক্টটি কনফার্ম না হওয়া পর্যন্ত পরিবর্তন করা যাবে।
▪ কোন প্রোডাক্ট রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জের আওতাভুক্ত নয়।
▪ FanFlix BD যদি কোনো কারণে অর্ডারকৃত প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি করতে ব্যর্থ হয়, তবে গ্রাহক সম্পূর্ণ রিফান্ড পাবেন।
▪ রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে ১ থেকে সর্বোচ্চ ২৪ ঘণ্টা সময় প্রযোজ্য হবে (bKash Online Payment-এর ক্ষেত্রে)।
▪ পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে রিফান্ড হলে তাদের নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী ৩–৭ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে।
▪ রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যাংক বা গেটওয়ে চার্জ ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে।
🚫 নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়
▪ সফলভাবে প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর (লাইসেন্স কী বা অ্যাক্সেস তথ্য পাঠানো হলে)।
▪ গ্রাহকের নিজের ভুলে ভুল প্রোডাক্ট অর্ডার করা হলে।
▪ প্রোডাক্টের সিস্টেম রিকোয়ারমেন্ট বা ভার্সন গ্রাহকের ডিভাইসের সাথে সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ না হলে।
▪ শুধুমাত্র "মত পরিবর্তন" বা ব্যক্তিগত কারণে (যেমন: প্রয়োজন নেই, পছন্দ হচ্ছে না) রিফান্ড গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
💻 ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্টের ক্ষেত্রে
▪ প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারির আগে রিফান্ড পাওয়া যাবে।
▪ প্রোডাক্ট অকার্যকর হলে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য।
▪ প্রোডাক্ট কী এরর দেখালে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য।
▪ সাবস্ক্রিপশন আগেই মেয়াদ শেষ হলে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য।
▪ রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যাংক/গেটওয়ে চার্জ ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে।
▪ ডিজিটাল কী ডেলিভারি হয়ে গেলে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।
▪ সফলভাবে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হলে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।
▪ আংশিক ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে আংশিক রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে — শুধু বাকি ব্যালান্স অংশটি ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
⚙️ নীতিমালা পরিবর্তন
FanFlix BD প্রয়োজনে এই নীতিমালা পরিবর্তন বা পরিবর্ধন করতে পারে।
যেকোনো পরিবর্তন কার্যকর হওয়ার সাথে সাথে তা আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশ করা হবে এবং “শেষ আপডেট” তারিখটি হালনাগাদ করা হবে।

📋 Policy Guidelines
- After a successful order and product delivery, no refund will be applicable.
- Ordered products can be changed only before order confirmation.
- No product is eligible for return or exchange.
- If FanFlix BD fails to deliver the ordered product, the customer will receive a full refund.
- Refund processing time is 1 to 24 hours for bKash Online Payments.
- For payment gateway transactions, refunds follow gateway policy and may take 3–7 business days.
- Any bank or gateway fees related to refunds must be borne by the customer.
🚫 Refund Not Applicable For
- After successful delivery (once license key or access information has been sent).
- If the customer mistakenly orders the wrong product.
- If the product’s system requirements or version are not compatible with the customer’s device.
- Refund is not accepted for personal reasons such as “change of mind,” “no longer needed,” or “don’t like it.”
💻 When it is a Digital Product
- A refund is possible before product delivery.
- Refund applicable if the product is invalid.
- Refund applicable if the product key shows an error.
- Refund applicable if the subscription expires early.
- In case of refund, bank/gateway charges must be borne by the buyer.
- No refund after the digital key is delivered.
- No refund after successful delivery.
- If the product has been partially used, a partial refund may apply — only the remaining balance will be refunded.
