Best Trending Netflix Shows to Watch This Month
A Top 10 position tells you what people are watching, but it does not tell you which title matches your mood. Here are the most interesting choices for Bangladeshi viewers this month.
1. Chumbak
Best for: Relaxed family viewing and light comedy
Chumbak is a feel-good Indian comedy about five multigenerational families living together in a lively Mumbai neighbourhood. Everyday disagreements, uninvited visits and family problems turn into humorous shared adventures.
The series focuses on a kind of neighbourhood life that feels familiar across South Asia: everyone knows everyone, privacy is limited and neighbours gradually become extended family.
Netflix describes the show as a comedy about the “beautiful chaos” of a close community. Its warmth, ensemble cast and familiar family situations help explain why it reached number one in Bangladesh. Meet the characters of Chumbak
Watch it if you enjoy: Family comedy, nostalgic neighbourhood stories and large ensemble casts.
2. The Gentlemen: Season 2
Best for: Stylish crime drama
The Gentlemen returns with more criminal deals, British aristocratic style and dark humour. Eddie and Susie expand their operation beyond the English estate, bringing new risks and rivalries into the story.
Season 2 reached second place among shows in Bangladesh, while Season 1 returned to the chart at number four. That combination suggests new viewers are starting from the beginning while existing fans continue with the latest episodes.
The second season also reached number one on Netflix’s global English-language television ranking for the same week, with 9.9 million views. Netflix’s weekly global report
Watch it if you enjoy: Crime, clever dialogue, power struggles and polished cinematography.
3. India’s Got Latent: Season 2
Best for: Unscripted Indian comedy
The second season of India’s Got Latent remains one of Bangladesh’s most-watched Netflix shows. It has spent ten weeks in the country’s Top 10, longer than any other show in the current ranking.
Its continued popularity shows the demand for conversational comedy and entertainment that viewers can watch in shorter sessions.
Watch it if you enjoy: Stand-up personalities, unpredictable humour and unscripted entertainment.
4. Mousetrap
Best for: A short mystery binge
This limited series is a practical option when you want a complete story without committing to several seasons. Its fifth-place position and third week in the chart indicate steady interest among Bangladeshi viewers.
Watch it if you enjoy: Mystery, suspense and self-contained limited series.
5. Musafir Cafe
Best for: Character-focused South Asian storytelling
Musafir Cafe has remained popular in Bangladesh for eight weeks. Its extended stay in the chart makes it one of the month’s more established choices, rather than a title receiving attention only during its release week.
Watch it if you enjoy: Emotional stories, relationships and slower character development.
6. Operation Safed Sagar
Best for: Military and historical drama
Operation Safed Sagar: The Highest Air Force Mission is based around an Indian Air Force operation. It offers a more serious viewing option than the comedies and romances elsewhere in this month’s chart.
The show has remained in Bangladesh’s Top 10 for six weeks.
Watch it if you enjoy: Military stories, historical events and high-pressure missions.
7. Fauda: Season 5
Best for: Intense action and political thrillers
The fifth season of Fauda enters the Bangladesh ranking at number ten. Viewers new to the series may want to begin with an earlier season because its relationships and ongoing conflicts develop over time.
Watch it if you enjoy: Espionage, tactical action and tense serialized drama.

2. Gandhari
Best for: Emotional action and suspense
Taapsee Pannu leads Gandhari as Bani, a mother whose daughter has been kidnapped. After losing her eyesight, she refuses to remain powerless and begins a dangerous search for those responsible.
